Joel M. Van Dyk

Joel is a cybersecurity architect and physicist with nearly 30 years of experience protecting global financial infrastructure.

Trained at Brookhaven National Laboratory, he has held senior technology and security roles at JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, LSEG and State Street, where he served as Global Chief Cybersecurity Architect and Managing Director.

Today, Joel advises quantum-technology companies and financial institutions through Joel Van Dyk Advisory Services in London. His work focuses on post-quantum cryptography, next-generation encryption and the practical realities of introducing new security technology into complex, regulated environments.

At DONE., Joel brings deep technical expertise, financial-sector experience and a clear understanding of what it takes to move quantum security from theory into practice.​​

Calia Brencsons-Van Dyk

Calia Brencsons-Van Dyk is an award-winning producer, founder and business leader with more than 30 years of experience turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories. During more than a decade at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, she worked across live, studio, culinary, lifestyle and branded television, earning Emmy and James Beard recognition.

As founder of Caliativity Productions, Ltd., Calia advises creatives, founders and executives on personal branding, communication and executive presence. Her international experience includes work with McKinsey & Company and the French Petroleum Institute. She was also recognised by Northeastern University’s Women Who Empower Innovator Awards for her contributions to women, creativity and entrepreneurship. At DONE., she brings together strategic communication, operational leadership and company-building experience to make quantum security understandable—and actionable.

Jennifer D. Allerot, CPA

Jennifer is a senior information-security leader with more than 20 years of experience across cybersecurity, technology and information-risk management.

She has served as both Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Risk Officer, leading major security, governance and transformation programmes for global organisations. Her work has placed her at the intersection of security, business strategy and regulatory responsibility—where technical decisions must also make commercial sense.

Jennifer has advised boards, CEOs and technology leaders on strengthening cyber resilience, managing complex information risk and aligning security strategy with wider business priorities.

At DONE., Jennifer brings the strategic discipline and real-world perspective needed to turn an ambitious security technology into a trusted solution for complex, regulated organisations.

Hasshi Sudler

Hasshi brings more than 30 years of experience across technology, cybersecurity, financial services and emerging technologies to DONE.

He is Chairman and CEO of Internet Think Tank, a science and technology research institute, and teaches cybersecurity and blockchain technology within Villanova University’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Earlier in his career, Hasshi held technology leadership positions at Morgan Stanley in New York, Japan and across Asia, and worked with Hitachi America supporting major Japanese financial institutions.

An engineer, researcher and published author, Hasshi has presented work spanning cybersecurity, blockchain and digital technology. In 2023, he testified before the United States Congress on the state of blockchain technology.

Hasshi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from MIT. At DONE., he brings a valuable combination of technical depth, commercial experience and a clear understanding of how emerging technologies move from research into the real world.
